Wine Review: Every once in a while, we truly find a diamond in the rough. This gem, is one of the best deals we have ever found in a Big Blind Tasting. The Tasting Panel loved this surprise entry and it is a truly a steal at $17! This very pink colored sparkler Gruet rocked our results! It opens with an inviting red cherry bouquet with hints of raspberry and rose petals. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, elegant and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild minerality with notes of strawberry and tangerine and a hint of red raspberry. The finish is dry, delicate and it fades away nicely. The Panel thought this offering would be a huge crowd pleaser. They would enjoy it on its own or with an appetizer. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A beautiful garnet in color, this Rose NV has a delicate, fine mousse and rich, fruit flavors. This full-bodied sparkler starts with floral and berry aromas which introduce flavors of cherry. raspberry and wild strawberry, finishing delicately with zesty acidity.
