Wine Review: This slightly opaque dark ruby Pinot opens with a very fragrant red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine medium bodied, juicy, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe red and black raspberry blend with integrated black pepper and spice. There is also some hints of mild oak and black cherry in the background. The finish is dry and its moderate tingly tannins are sticky and linger for quite some time. This Pinot is perfect for a well seasoned pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2008 Guarachi Family Wines Pinot Noir underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and was aged for 11 months. It is loaded with raspberry, currant and cedar supported by firm yet silky tannins on the palate. The finish lingers showing more layers of balanced, perfumed fruit.
