Wine Review: This dark pink colored Rose made from Pinot Noir opens with a wet stone and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is mineral infused strawberry with notes of watermelon. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Rose is food friendly and would pair well with salmon kabobs.
