Wine Review: This deep red colored Cabernet Franc from Cape May opens with a mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty strawberry with notes of plum and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and flavors drift away nicely. I would pair this very good Cab franc with a grilled pork chop. Enjoy - Ken
