Wine Review: This bright red Sangiovese from Reininger opens with a pleasant blueberry and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle blueberry and gentle oak blend. I also detected hints of black cherry and minerality. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger nicely. This Sangiovese is food friendly and would pair nicely with Theresa's meatloaf. Enjoy - Ken
