Wine Review: Warm toasted notes on the nose with baked apples and hints of smoke. The bubbles are light but it allows the flavors of this Champagne to show through. Toasty with hints of almonds and sweet green tea, this Champagne reminds you why there are few sparklers like it. If you need to pair it with something, a nice piece of smoked tuna steak would be the way to go. However, this wine shines bright enough on its own. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Straw-gold, bright and clear in appearance. A lovely bead in the glass forms a cortege of regular, delicate bubbles. On the nose, the Champagne offers magnificent, vivacious character. Citrus fruit aromas are followed by a cavalcade of floral bouquets, elderberry and vine blossom. Delicious brioche notes and the simplicity of lightly toasted bread and roasted almonds. Well-balanced and harmonious on the palate, summoning flavors of brioche, together with crunchy cherries and the sun-kissed blush of white peach. Clean on the finish, with all the freshness of just-picked walnuts.
