Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a faint wet stone bouquet with a hint of lime as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very fresh. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild mineral infused light lime with a hint of green pear. The finish is dry and wonderfully refreshing. This is a very approachable dry Riesling. It will be a perfect summer offering. Pair it with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A dry Riesling with a crisp minerality and hints of lime and delicate citrus on the nose. Nicely balanced with a touch of honeyed grapefruit on the palate and a clean finish.
