Wine Review: I recently poured this light yellow colored Riesling for a small group of Riesling fans. It was extremely popular with these tasters. It opens with a mild green apple bouquet with hints of wet stone and apricot. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and fresh. The flavor profile is a very tasty citrus and mineral blend with notes of tangerine and lime peaking through. The finish is dry, very pleasant, and refreshing. This is a terrific food wine. I would pair it with steamed mussels or a grilled swordfish steak with some lemon drizzle. Enjoy - Ken
