Wine Review: This almost clear colored Blanc de Blanc from the Finger Lakes displays a few small bubbles and opens with a mild Meyer lemon and bread dough bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty apple with notes of lemon and gentle minerality. The finish is dry and its acidity lingers nicely. This sparkler would pair perfectly with oysters. Note: This bubbly is only available via the website or at the winery. Enjoy – Ken
