Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a faint pineapple bouquet with hint of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, very well balanced, delicate and super smooth. The flavor profile is delicious pineapple and lime blend with notes of gentle gravely minerality. We also detected hints of ginger, apricot, and white pepper. The finish is dry and drifts away nicely. The Panel would pair this Riesling with grilled mahi-mahi or broiled halibut. Enjoy – KWGTP
