Wine Review: This is an off-dry Riesling with a bouquet that features pineapple, peach and delicate white florals with notes of lime. It is light bodied, with lively medium-plus acidity, and is slightly creamy. There is plenty of flinty minerality along with flavors of white peach, pear and a bit of honey. The finish lingers for a while with citrus notes. I would have this Riesling with some spicy buffalo wings or a cold lobster roll. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Color: Pale straw, light gold
Nose: Lime and lemon zest mingle with a bolder stone fruit aromas like peach and apricot, vibrant honeysuckle and white flowers.
Taste: Light, refreshing and drinkable. Crisp, balanced and clean flavors overtake the pure fruit aromas, with pink lady apple notes and a balanced acidity.
Pair: With spicy foods and Asian cuisine
