Wine Review: From Cayuga Lake in upstate New York, this very enjoyable Chardonnay is a brilliant medium yellow in the glass, with inviting aromas of golden apple, yellow peach, light caramel and a hint of white florals. It is refined and balanced, with a medium body, bright medium-plus acidity, and a slightly creamy and round mouthfeel. I found pineapple, ripe Anjou pear, stony minerality, and light lemon flavors. The finish is very extended. It would pair nicely with Coquille St. Jacques (scallops). - Mark
