Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with ginger and Anjou pear bouquet with hints of lemon and peach pie. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with plus acidity. It also displays a smooth and round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is saline and lemon-lime blend with hints of pineapple, white pepper, and pink grapefruit. It closes with a dry and refreshing long finish. The Panel would pair this very good value Riesling with pan seared scallops or baked Dover sole. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Bright notes of kiwi and Meyer lemon are on the nose, leading to tangerine and lemon zest on the midpalate. This is an archetypal Finger Lakes Dry Riesling, with bright acid and a note of lime carrying along finish. Pair with lemon shrimp pasta, fresh oysters, and buttered scallops.
