Wine Review: This almost clear colored semi-dry Riesling from Hosmer is very good. It opens with a honeydew melon and mild pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and pleasantly acidic. Rounded edges. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear and ginger blend with notes of pineapple and nectarine pit. The finish is off-dry and lingers nicely. This Riesling from the Finger Lakes would pair well chicken lo-mein. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Semi-Dry Riesling has a savory, yet honeyed nose. Big fruits come through on the palate: pineapple, red raspberries, and griotte cherries. The finish has a lightly herbal note along with some of lemon and thyme that are balanced out by juicy stone fruits (yellow peach and apricot).
