Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Inama opens with a chocolate and blueberry bouquet with hints of black raspberry and rosemary. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black currant and red plum blend with notes of black tea and light oak. We also detected hints of black cherry and blackberry. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build-up slightly and then gently drift away. The Panel suggested pairing this wine with a steak au poivre or braised pork shoulder. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The nose displays an intense bouquet of red and black fruit, spices, pepper, ripe cherries and chocolate. Tannins are balanced and help the wine to age longer.
