Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chenin Blanc opens with a quince and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused quince and green apple blend. I also detected hints of honey and tangerine. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Chenin Blanc is approachable and easy to drink. I would pair this very good value Chenin with brown butter honey garlic scallops. Enjoy – Ken
