Wine Review: This clear straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with very fragrant ripe pink grapefruit bouquet with hints of mango and peach. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bracing, and bright. The flavor profile is grapefruit pith, and saline blend with notes of tangy white peach, gooseberry, and white tea. We also got a hint of sugar on top. The finish is mouthwatering and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this very good value Sauvignon Blanc with swordfish kabobs or with fish and chips. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Pale lime to pale straw in color, this fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc has all the hallmarks of this classic region. Honey melon, freshly cut passion fruit, and wild thyme leap from the glass. The palate has a bright and crunchy acidity that balances the concentration of fruit on the mid-palate. There’s more citrus fruit character than recent vintages, which will serve the drinker well. Pair with ceviche, fresh oysters, or wild rice salad.
