Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Pinot Grigio is very good. It opens with a musty lime, white peach and almond bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild mineral influenced almond and lemon verbena blend with notes of Anjou pear. I also detected a hint of saline. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This elegant Pinot Grigio is very food friendly and would pair well with dover sole meuniere with rice pilaf. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intense, pale, straw yellow color. Intensely fruity aromas on the nose reminiscent of green apple and pear enhanced with mineral and citrus notes. On the palate, a wine of substantial structure and complexity with a particularly high acidity for the variety and astounding sapidity and minerality. A full-bodied Pinot Grigio.
