Wine Review: This is nothing short of a superb wine. Crisp, clean, and precise make the Innocent Bystander Pinot Gris a contender in this group. The nose has notes of flint, lilac, and white nectarines. On the palate, the wine is crisp with mouthwatering acidity that is not sharp at all. The fresh stone fruits shine right through along with the slightest hint of white pepper. The finish is medium in length but on point. Would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: A superbly quaffable wine. It smells like walking through a produce market with lemon peel, preserved ginger, cardamom and coriander in abundance. The palate is lively with a solid flick of crisp citrus, honeydew melon and fresh pear. This wine is tight but with a melting acidity that lingers like fresh lemonade.
