Wine Review: This clear dark red colored Pinot Noir from Innumero opens with a fragrant spiced red plum and craisin bouquet with hints of clove, cinnamon, and orange zest. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, delicate, and luxurious. The flavor profile is a tasty red plum and mild red raspberry blend with notes of cedar and strawberry. We also detected hints of mushroom and vanilla. The finish is dry and its flavors, acidity, and its refined gentle tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this excellent Pinot with a porchetta pork roast or with veal medallions in a creamy mushrooms sauce. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of fresh and dried rose petals, dried orange rind, mulling spices, clove, concentrated black cherry, roasted strawberry, and subtle notes of sandalwood. The palate is juicy and crunchy with bright fruit tones and subtle tannins. The finish is deliciously balanced with lingering acidity. Just beautiful.
