Wine Review: This clear medium ruby colored Pinot Noir from Innumero opens with a red cherry and dried strawberry bouquet with hints of black plum, cinnamon, and dried potting soil. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and juicy. The flavor profile is black plum and black tea blend with notes of red cherry and mild tobacco. We also detected hints of black licorice, chocolate, and dried strawberry. The finish is dry and its flavors, acidity, and gentle integrated tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this Pinot with a grilled pork tenderloin or with grilled lamb lollipops. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our Norstar Pinot Noir has aromas of brambly fresh picked black and red berries with dusty earth tones and a hint of white pepper. The palate is bright with cherry fruit tones, chewy tannins, and balanced acidity. This wine is just stunning and will continue to age quite well.
