Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay from Innumero opens with an oak and pineapple bouquet with hints of dried coconut flakes, white peach, and lemon curd. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, creamy, and rich. The flavor profile is oak influenced pineapple and poached bartlett pear blend with notes of butterscotch and peach. We also detected hints of mango, lemon, and marzipan. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger and last for a very long time. We would pair this Chard with lobster bisque with a sherry drizzle. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: We find this wine to be absolutely stunning and are so excited to share it with you. Aromas of honeyed white peach, tarte tatin, honeysuckle, toasted hazelnuts, lemon curd and lemon zest. The palate is so beautiful and round with bright acidity and notes of lemon curd and satsuma orange zest all the way through.
