Wine Review: This slightly cloudy and ruby colored Pinot Noir from Innumero opens with a cinnamon tea and strawberry bouquet with hints of cedar, plum, and rhubarb. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, delicate, and fresh. The flavor profile is black plum and cola blend with notes of cedar and black raspberry. We also detected hints of black tea, rhubarb, and stony minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and moderate tannins fade away nicely. We would pair this Pinot with a venison steak or grilled salmon. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our Norstar Pinot Noir has aromas of dusty red cherry, earthiness, sandalwood, clove, and a hint of dried red rose petals. The palate is enticing with balanced red fruit, subtle tannins, and a lingering finish.
