Wine Review: This clear and dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Innumero opens with a red raspberry and spice drop bouquet with hints of teaberry gum and iris. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, velvety smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a tasty blend of cherry pit and strawberry mousse with notes of fading teaberry gum and red plum. We also detected hints of tarragon and nutmeg. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and polished fine tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this versatile and crowd-pleasing Pinot with your thanksgiving turkey or with bread pudding.
