Wine Review: This pale copper colored Rose opens with a muted strawberry and banana bouquet with hints of tangerine and rose pedals. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and easy drinking. The flavor profile is stony minerality and lime blend with notes of saline and pink grapefruit pith. We also detected some hints of strawberry and peach. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Rose with sauvignon blanc-steamed mussels with garlic toasts or with sushi. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Classically Provence pale pink in color, the nose is expressive and bright with perfumed aromas of red berries and stone fruit. The palate is crisp and fresh; vibrant and fruitful with citrus and red apple notes delivering a long and deliciously full finish.
