Wine Review: The SJP collection is a unique blend created by Sarah Jessica Parker and the guys at Invivo. The 2022 vintage Sauvignon Blanc is clear straw-colored and opens with a faint grapefruit bouquet with hints of tangerine peel and sea breeze. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, delicate, and smooth. The flavor profile is gooseberry and gentle lime rickey blend with notes of ginger tea and crushed stone minerality. We also detected some hints of white pepper, saline, and green bean. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with baked Dover sole or with a warm goat cheese salad. Enjoy – KWGTP
