Wine Review: This clear platinum colored Sauvignon Blanc from Invivo opens with a very intense and fragrant tomato leaf and white grapefruit bouquet with hints of green bell pepper and cucumber rind. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with high acidity. The mouthfeel is lively, very bright, zesty, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is green pepper and lemon blend with notes of tangy white grapefruit and white pepper. We also detected hints of saline, ginger, and Granny Smith apple. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away. We would serve this Sauvignon Blanc chilled on the beach on a hot summer day. With food pair we would pair it with a Rhode Island clam fritter. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The Invivo X, SJP 2024 has an intensely focused nose of freshly cut limes and ripe cantaloupe melons. The palate gains the body and power of the rock melon but retains perfectly balanced acidity from the lime. There are hints of passion fruit and pineapple that also add complexity. The palate has a driving, ethereal minerality yet is saturated with fruit.
