Wine Review: This Sparkling Wine is pale rose gold colored with hints of pink. It displays lots of tiny streaming bubbles. It features an inviting peach pit and dried strawberry bouquet with hints of chamomile tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, crisp and bright. The flavor profile is crushed stone minerality and walnut blend with notes of dried strawberry, red apple skin, and herbal tea. We also detected hints of dried cranberry and Anjou pear as well. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Tasting Panel would pair this sparkler with country pate or with sauerkraut and German sausage. Winemaker Notes: The 2018 vintage is especially bright and exciting. Pale salmon in color with lively bubbles and mousse. The 2018 Wedding Cuvée has a great raspberry aromas, followed by strawberry and a touch of lemon zest. Great red fruit flavors on the front palate that extend to the mid palate, followed by a burst of red apple and creaminess leading to a grapefruit finish with amazing texture throughout.
