Wine Review: This bright red colored Sangiovese is Excellent! It opens with a tart cherry and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, super balanced and elegant. The flavor profile is a very tasty oak and cherry blend with notes of graphite. I also detected some hints of earl grey tea. The finish is dry and its tannins build-up and last for a very long time. I would pair this impressive Sangiovese with a New York strip steak. Enjoy – Ken
