Wine Review: This bright red and translucent colored Pinot Noir from Oregon, while not complex, is very tasty and quaffable. It opens with a strawberry and cherry-cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty red raspberry and strawberry blend with notes of black pepper and oak. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a very good entry level Pinot Noir. It would pair nicely with a pork tenderloin or Cuban sandwich. Enjoy – Ken
