Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a mild rose petal bouquet with hints of cherry, strawberry and plum. On the palate, this wine medium bodied, well-balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a red cherry and chalky minerality with notes of cinnamon and strawberry with hints of pomegranate and vanilla. The finish is dry and its flavors and light tannins drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this Pinot with turkey with cranberry. Enjoy – KWGTP
