Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from J. Christopher opens with a fragrant and attractive strawberry and cola bouquet with hints of red cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and a little juicy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral and cherry blend with notes of oak and vanilla. I also detected hints of craisin. The finish is dry and its flavors and its mild tannins are nicely prolonged. This Pinot Noir would pair well with oven roasted cherry chicken with rosemary. Enjoy - Ken
