Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with black plum and red licorice bouquet with a hint of red cherry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with mild acidity. It is balanced and it has a delicate and rounded mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a red plum and strawberry rhubarb blend with notes of chalky minerality. There were hints of cinnamon, loam, and red raspberry mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors and fine-grained mild tannins drift away nicely. The Panel would pair this refined Pinot with beef carpaccio. Enjoy – KWGTP
