Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Chardonnay from Oregon opens with a lemon zest and wet stone bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a lemon-lime blend with notes of oak and minerality. There is also a hint of cantaloupe and vanilla towards the very end. The finish is dry, and its flavors are very nicely prolonged. This Oregon Chard would pair well cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto. Enjoy – Ken & Joe
