Wine Review: This golden colored Chardonnay opens with an inviting creamy, citrus, cantaloupe, and light toasted oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and crisp with balanced and slightly mouthwatering acidity. The flavor profile is melon, lemon drop, peach, and light oak with notes of tangerine and pineapples. The smooth finish fades away nicely. I would recommend pairing this Arroyo Seco Chardonnay with grilled swordfish drizzled with lemon. - Joe
