Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles opens with a toasted oak, licorice, and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and savory. The flavor profile is a black cherry and oak blend with hints of pomegranate, mocha, and blueberry. The finish is dry and its easy-going tannins and fruit fade away nicely.
