Wine Review: This brilliant yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc, from Monterey County in California shows aromas of pink grapefruit, nectarine, wet stone, and a hint of toasted nuts. On the palate, it is slightly creamy, fresh, and lively, with a medium body and integrated medium-plus acidity. I found it to be very approachable. There are flavors of green pear, nectarine, white tea, and saline with notes of passionfruit, chamomile, and pineapple. The finish is quite tropical and long. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with maki rolls. - Mark
