Wine Review: This crisp Pinot Gris is a light gold color and opens with white peach, pineapple, wet gravel and a hint of tangerine on the nose. It is medium bodied and has medium-minus acidit. It feels lush on the palate although the fruit is restrained. Flavors of pear, lime and honeydew melon with integrated minerality blend nicely. The finish is moderate in length and has some apricot. A glass of this Pinot Gris would go nicely with cilantro lime turkey tips. - Mark
