Wine Review: This pinkish orange sparkler with lots of bubbles opens with a wet stone bouquet with a hint of dough and strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, tart, and effervescent. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of grapefruit. The finish is dry and zippy. This sparkler would pair well with mini quiche Lorraine tarts. Enjoy - Ken
