Wine Review: This pale straw colored crowd pleasing sparkler from J Vineyards is very good. It opens with a red apple and buttered bread like bouquet with a hint of lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering with very nice effervescence. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused citrus blend featuring gentle lime and light grapefruit with hints of quince mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel thought this sparkler would pair well with fried shrimp or tempura. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our J Cuvee 20 Brut gracefully opens up with the crisp, clean allure of toasted almonds and Meyer lemon aromas. Upon entry, you notice a delicate tickle of fresh mousse on the nose and palate. Bright acidity adds to the liveliness, while flavors of lemon and lime zest lead to an Asian pear finish.
