Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Icewine opens with a very inviting apricot and honey bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and vicious. The flavor profile is a tasty ginger, pineapple and apricot blend with notes of honey. The finish is pleasantly sweet and its acidity and flavors linger nicely. This Icewine is a nice evening closer wine. Enjoy – KWGTP
