Wine Review: This golden straw-colored Chardonnay opens with a fruity bouquet featuring melon, lemon, quince and apricot with coconut notes. The light to medium bodied palate is smooth with crisp acidity. The flavor profile is blend of lemon, pear, tangerine, vanilla and light oak. The finish is dry with notes of grapefruit and ripe pineapple appearing. I would recommend pairing this good value California Chard with ham and pea pasta carbonara. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of juicy apricot, peach and melon combine with rich notes of warm chestnuts and toffee. With its balanced acidity, this Chardonnay is refreshing, rich, well-rounded and smooth. The long finish will leave you wanting more.
