Wine Review: This dreamy Chardonnay from Italy is pale golden colored. It opens with a green apple and Anjou pear bouquet with hints of grapefruit, lime, mango, and some petrol. On the palate, it is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. It features tart and lively flavors of white grapefruit, green apple, ginger, peach pit, and stony minerality with a little white pepper towards the end. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. We would pair this Chard with asparagus risotto. - Karen & Stu

Winemaker Notes: Where Dreams Have No End is made from Chardonnay grapes. It has a sparkling straw-yellow color. To the nose it offers charm and complexity, with aromas of rare elegance and refinement. Exotic hints of ripened fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry prevail. In the mouth it keeps all the promises made to the nose, follows through on them, and embellishes them with gentle flavors and aromatic nuances that are fresh and persistent.
