Wine Review: This translucent and bright white gold colored Pinot Grigio opens with a golden delicious apple bouquet with a hint of pineapple, jasmine, and saline. On the palate, this wine medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is a stony minerality, Anjou pear and saline blend with notes of green apple and green tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine was well received by all that tried it. I would suggest pairing it with oysters. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: It has an intense straw-yellow color; its aroma is intense, full, and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety, fragrant, and persistent. To be paired with fish soups and chargrilled seafood.
