Wine Review: This clear white gold colored Pinot Grigio from Jermann is very good. It opens with a pineapple and honeysuckle bouquet with hints of pear and ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, bright, and very mouthwatering. The flavor profile is Bosc pear and ginger tea blend with notes of Granny Smith apple and pineapple. I also detected hints of lime zest, tonic water, and apricot. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity show very nice length. I would pair this Pinot Grigio with grilled Chilean sea bass. Enjoy - Ken
