Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling opens with a Delaware grape bouquet with hints of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, rather acidic, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a limestone and lime blend with notes of quinine. I also picked up some hints of nectarine pit towards the end. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would serve this wine with grilled swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This wine shows a brilliant pale straw color in the glass. The nose lifts with aromas of kaffir lime, pear and ginger spice. Delicately poised with mouth-watering acidity, this Riesling is balanced with a burst of lime juiciness and lifted orange blossom florals. The palate has great presence, with fine chalkiness leading into a persistent finish.
