Wine Review: This clear and platinum colored Riesling from Jim Barry opens with a tonic water and lime bouquet with hints of honeysuckle, beeswax, and chalk dust. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated high acidity. The mouthfeel is brisk, bright, and zesty. The flavor profile is tonic water and white grapefruit blend with notes of chalky minerality and lime. We also detected hints of green apple and white pepper. The finish is dry and crisp. Its flavors and acidity linger and last for quite some time. We would pair this very good value Riesling with oysters or sushi rolls. Enjoy - Ken & Mark

Winemaker Notes: Vibrant lime and orange blossom with a hint of wet slate on the nose. The palate is electric, with freshly cut citrus and brown lime cordial. Generous fruit weight throughout, all framed in firm acid with a very long and citrusy finish.
