Wine Review: This clear pale platinum colored Riesling from Jim Barry opens with a yellow grapefruit and wet stone bouquet with faint hints of apricot, lime, and jasmine. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, fresh, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is lime and tonic water blend with notes of white pepper, green apple, and grapefruit pith. We also detected hints of lemon zest, ginger, and chalky minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are very refreshing and show very nice length. We would pair this Riesling with broiled scallops with a sweet lime sauce drizzle. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Explosive aromas of jasmine floral and zesty citrus leap from the glass. The palate is spritely and energetic, with generous fruit that frames a firm lime citrus core. Preserved lemon, lime and hints of white peach flesh, flow through the palate and linger well after the wine is gone.
