Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a faint lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and round for a Sauvignon Blanc. The flavor profile is a gentle lime with notes of minerality and lemon. The finish is dry and its drifts away nicely. I would pair this impressive Sauvignon Blanc with trout almandine. Enjoy - Ken
