Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, well balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a mild green apple with excellent mineral integration. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This very food friendly Sauvignon Blanc would pair quite nicely with grilled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
